The rules, in plain words.

These terms are the agreement between your business and ClientFlow (Tucson, Arizona) when you use our $99/month plan or our tools. By creating an account, paying or using the service, you accept them. Questions? Email us at mbclientflow@gmail.com or call (520) 910-1938.

1. The $99/month plan

It includes:

A website built for your business
Updates by WhatsApp: photos, prices, hours
Local SEO for your website
Hosting and security
Call button and contact form
Client dashboard: visits and messages

It does not include managing your Google Business Profile, reviews, directory listings, online stores or online booking: those are part of a Custom plan, quoted separately.

2. Payments

You pay monthly in advance by card on Square's secure checkout. We never see or store your card.
The charge renews automatically each month until you cancel.
If a charge fails, we email you to update your card. If it isn't resolved within 15 days, we may pause your website until it is paid.
There is no setup fee. If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead.

3. No contract: cancel any time

Cancel from your dashboard or by telling us on WhatsApp or email. Your website stays online until the end of the month you already paid for. We don't refund months that have already started.

4. Timing and changes

Your website is ready 24 to 48 hours after payment and once you send the basics: name, photos or logo, hours and services. If something is missing, the clock starts when we get it.
Regular changes (photos, text, prices, hours) are included, usually done within 1 to 2 business days. A full redesign or many new pages are quoted separately.

5. Google and SEO

We build your website so Google can understand and show it, but nobody controls Google: we don't promise a specific ranking or date. Competitive searches usually take three to six months to show results.

6. What is yours

Your text, photos, logo and your customers' messages are yours.
If you use your own domain (yourbusiness.com), it is registered in your name and you pay the registrar directly (usually $10 to $20 a year). We help you connect it.
You use the ClientFlow design and system while your plan is active. If you cancel, we'll send you a copy of your content and your website files on request.

7. Your content

Only send us photos, logos and text you have the right to use, and keep your business information truthful. We don't publish content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, or that uses someone else's brand or likeness without permission.

8. Credit-based tools

Credits are prepaid and never expire. They are not refunded as cash, except for a billing error on our side.
You see the price in credits before each use. If a generation fails, the credits come back automatically.
AI-made images, text and video can contain mistakes. Review them before posting: you decide what you publish.
They can't be used for illegal content, sexual content involving minors, deception, or copying someone else's face, voice or brand without permission. We may close accounts that do.

9. Availability and liability

We do everything reasonable to keep your website online, but third-party services (internet, hosting, Google, Square) sometimes fail. Our maximum liability is what you paid us in the last 3 months.

10. Changes to these terms

If they change, we update the date at the top and tell our clients in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. Your data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
